Where are lasts developed for European collections?
Lasts are developed in Spain and Italy according to product category. The selected shape is reviewed with your upper, materials and outsole during sample development.
Which materials can support our collection?
Leathers, textiles and components are sourced through relationships across Europe, Asia and the Americas. Alternatives from our material research, such as mushroom-based materials, cork and bio-PU, can be assessed against your specification.
Do the certificates cover every product?
The certificates document their stated management or trade scope for AFPL Global Private Limited. Product requirements and relevant test evidence are addressed for the individual model.
How is product testing handled?
Physical tests run in our in-house lab. External laboratories, including Planet Analysis, Bureau Veritas, SGS India and Intertek India, carry out the physical and chemical tests selected for the model, using SATRA methods where relevant. Testing
Can packaging follow our warehouse system?
Customer-specific labels and barcodes are prepared against your requirements. Branded packaging, FSC-certified cartons and agreed packing details support identification and dispatch.
Is AEO Tier 2 an EU authorisation?
No. AEO Tier 2 is granted by India’s Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs. It supports customs processes on the export side.
