Western bootmaking has been our foundation for over 30 years. Today, dedicated teams develop Western and Work boots, Fashion and Specialised footwear and footwear uppers, for brands in 18+ countries.
It started with boots
From one factory
to six facilities.
Western footwear has been part of AFPL from day one.
We began in 1996 with 30 people. Western bootmaking laid the foundation.
Exports reached the United States and Sweden. Two major US Western boot brands followed.
Dedicated Goodyear-welted production and our first in-house sole unit began, with a design studio opening in Spain.
AEO certification lets containers seal at the factory, so your shipments move sooner.
Waterproof work boots for the US, and waterproof motorcycle boots for a British motorcycle manufacturer. Each became a capability we keep.
Over 1 million sq. ft. and 3,000+ people. 1.7 million pairs produced in 2026, for customers on six continents.

What C-TPAT evidence do you hold?
We hold a C-TPAT certificate of compliance, number 608UK/EN, issued by URS Certification Limited after an on-site audit and valid to 14 July 2027. It gives your security team evidence for its own programme.
Will production match the approved sample?
Your approved sample and specification are the reference for every check, from raw materials to AQL inspection. Product engineering prepares your order to be made consistently, and your third-party inspectors are welcome.
Can work boots meet our safety standard?
Applicable ASTM requirements are addressed for the individual model. Our in-house lab tests flex, abrasion, bond strength, slip and hydrostatic resistance. External laboratories, including SGS India and Intertek India, support further testing. Testing
Do you make women’s and youth Western?
Yes. Cowboy, riding and utility boots are developed for men, women and youth, Goodyear welted, Blake stitch or Stuck-on, with shaft height, toe shape, leather, stitching and heel set for each style.
Which ports do you ship from?
Sea freight leaves through Mundra and Nhava Sheva, and air freight through Delhi’s IGI Airport. Gateway selection is agreed around shipment requirements, availability and delivery timing.

The category, construction, materials, quantities and delivery window. A tech pack, a drawing or a reference pair is enough to start.
