Bootie or gasket: which suits our boot?

Both are waterproof options for our work boots. The choice is made with you during development, around the upper, the sole and the safety features of the model.

Can it be combined with a safety toe?

Yes. Waterproofing, safety toe and anti-puncture protection are developed together in the combination that suits your model, with a steel or composite toe, or as a soft-toe boot.

How is it tested?

Water protection is evaluated on the completed footwear against the requirement of the selected model. Our in-house laboratory runs hydrostatic evaluation, and water penetration testing is available through SGS India. See Testing.
